Charlotte has worked as a Consultant for the last 19 years for various Tulsa employers with an emphasis on leadership development including individual career coaching and improving employee performance. She has significant experience with employee outplacement programs offering career transitioning training through one on one consulting and conducting group programs.
Prior to that, she was employed by Williams for 23 years in Human Resources. Charlotte completed the Human Resource Leadership course at the University of Michigan, and she holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
She currently serves on the board for Tulsa Ballet and Oklahoma Project Woman.
