With 40+ years of proven technical and leadership experience, Jeff is tremendously diverse. A focused individual with a proven ability to identify and align people and jobs. Adept at utilizing his understanding of the hiring process to ensure a smooth and successful process from start to finish. His specialty is whatever the client requires. Middle to senior level positions for clients, whether those positions are in engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, marketing, R&D, sales, or a “C” level leader.
Jeff has a mechanical engineering degree and is a result-oriented servant leader with many years of real-world experience in design, product development, program management, manufacturing, engineering, production support, team building, mentoring, and leadership.
Jeff is an avid golfer and a former USPTA teaching professional. He and his wife Candice own a consulting business and live in the country just outside Sperry, OK. They enjoy gardening, cooking, traveling, camping, and family time. They have three grown daughters, several grandchildren, and two little dogs.
