Travis has been an entrepreneur and business owner in Tulsa for over 30 years. He is a well-known community servant and is dedicated to providing world-class service for everyone we encounter at Career Development Partners.

Travis is a career transitions coach, certified Life Options Retirement Coach and is certified to facilitate and deliver the Manager As Coach Learning Series (MACLS) through CPI. He has served on the board of Career Partners International (CPI) and is an equity partner in CPI, offering a global reach with over 270 offices in 45 countries.

Prior to Career Development Partners, Travis served as President of Personnel Consultants, a professional staffing and placement company which consisted of 6 offices located in Oklahoma and Arkansas. Under his leadership, Personnel Consultants was the recipient of Inc. Magazine’s Award for the 135th fastest growing privately held business in America in addition to being named by Oklahoma Business Monthly as one of the best companies to work for in Oklahoma. He sold the company in October 2005 and purchased Career Development Partners in November 2005.

Today we provide services in all of Oklahoma and NW Arkansas and globally through our CPI Partners. Travis serves on the Board at Oklahoma Ethics, New Life Ranch and is a proud member of Tulsa Executives Association (TEA) and is active with several other organizations serving the community and beyond.

Joshua Tanusaputra

COO

Passionate in helping organizations become more effective in the management of their change management and culture. His areas of expertise includes talent acquisition and development, one-on-one coaching, assessment strategy, and job analysis. His goal is to enable and empower organizations to attract, retain, and develop their employees effectively.

Joshua’s expertise has been developed through his past experience of different consulting positions through Hogan Assessments and Human Capital Management Systems. He is certified in administering and interpreting the Hogan Assessments suite as well as the Hogan 360 tool.

Joshua’s Master’s in Clinical Mental Health and experience with working with fortune 500 companies gives him the unique ability to balance an organization’s strategic imperatives with human capital needs in this competitive landscape. His background in living in three different continents and fluency in 4 languages gives him a distinctive perspective in working with clients with local and global locations.

Christina Federline

Director, Career Transition Practice

Christina leverages 20+ years of recruiting and talent acquisition to deliver career guidance to CDP’s program participants. With a focus on developing individualized action plans, Christina provides tools to help participants showcase their value and connect with hiring managers. She has expertise in assessments, resume building, networking, interview preparation, offer negotiations and is dedicated to helping participants achieve their established goals.

Over the last two decades, Christina has recruited and placed individuals locally and nationally, across all organizational levels and in various industries. She enjoys connecting with people and helping them make career decisions that are aligned with their specific strengths, interests, personality characteristics, and values to create a job marketing strategy reflective of their personal brand. Christina was born and raised in Tulsa Oklahoma where she lives with her husband and two children.

Elizabeth brings more than a cheerful smile to Career Development Partners.  Prior to Career Development Partners, she spent the last five years as a Corporate Investigator overseeing internal and external theft and fraud research as well as customer service for a large national retail chain. Her people, corporate, and research skills will be valued as a member of the Career Development Partners team.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Memphis. When asked why she enjoys working for Career Development Partners she stated, “I enjoy working with people and look forward to having the opportunity to invest in the lives of our clients and candidates.”

Rachelle Faught

Marketing Director

Rachelle brings to Career Development Partners a unique blend of professional talents.  Most recently she has focused on media production, social media optimization, graphic design and studio production, both live and live-to-tape.

From 2010-15 Rachelle has worked in Academia as a Teaching Assistant and Director/Producer/Webmaster for RSU Public TV winning several awards along the way. Several of her most noteworthy projects include producing and directing a local high school academic game show, directing a live-to-tape current affairs program and managing all the logistics involved in design, production, direction and promotion.

Rachelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a minor in Graphic Design from Rogers State University. Her awards include: 2015 Bronze Telly Award, Tulsa Tonight (March 2015) Best Special Event: UHF Celebration; National Educational Telecommunications Association, (October 2014) First Place OSTICQA PR Competition (September 2011)

Debra is passionate about helping others determine the best career path that will enhance their lives. Debra joined the CDP team in November of 2012 sharing her skills in coaching/consulting, both in a group and one-on-one setting. Her areas of expertise include career/job search skills, business development, outplacement training/consulting and executive coaching.

Debra’s knowledge and experience is built of a foundation of owning 2 successful businesses; one business was as co-owner/business manager of a dinner theatre and the other was as co-founder/president of a coaching/consulting company working with youth on their transition skills into “the real world.”

Debra has been involved in the Tulsa community for more than 30 years and has served in various leadership roles which include President/Board member of the Tulsa Education Fund, Board Member of the Tulsa Area Book Bank and a member of the Tulsa Area Human Resources Association. Debra’s creative approach to training, coaching and business development is enhanced by her background in theatre.

Strong professional experiences leading Operations, Safety, Marketing and Equipment departments in addition to Human Resources. Rick Christensen

Rick has been a career consultant for over 20 years, serving a very broad-based and diverse clientele.  His specialties include effective group facilitation, one-on-one coaching and consultation at all levels including senior executives.

Rick has achieved the prestigious designation of Certified Master Career Transition Consultant through Career Partners International.  He is a Certified Life Options Retirement Coach and certified coach and facilitator for the Manager As Coach Learning Series (MACLS).

Rick’s passion is coaching individuals through career transitions, developing career management strategies and in identifying and sharpening competencies to open doors to new opportunities. His efforts have assisted thousands of individuals achieve their full potential.

Rick’s background in human resources, recruiting, career planning, corporate training and line management in manufacturing gives him a unique perspective in helping transitioning individuals identify core competencies that have high value in the marketplace.

As a licensed clinical social worker, Tiffany has spent years working with various populations, providing support and guidance through different life challenges. Bri Hines

Her professional background allows her to view the career transition process through the perspective of hiring managers, providing insight into what makes a candidate stand out from the pack. Bri strives to connect personally with each client, recognizing the value of highlighting an individual’s unique experience, passion, and skills for optimum success.

For nearly a decade, Bri has dedicated her career to multiple human resources disciplines. She has a broad range of HR skills including recruitment, leadership development, employee engagement, benefits administration, and compensation analysis. Bri understands that, in addition to a paycheck, the right job provides an opportunity for far-reaching impact both organizationally and individually. She is excited to help clients land positions that are equally fruitful and fulfilling, optimizing each person’s unique talents and experience.  Bri holds a Master of Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.

Jane Noble has over 20 combined years’ experience in Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness, 15 of which were with a Fortune 500 energy company. Her strengths are in the areas of performance improvement, coaching, strategy development, facilitation, training, and change management.

Jane worked for Williams and its spin-off, WPX Energy, for 17 years. She was an Organization Development Management Consultant, Human Resources Business Partner and for the final four years managed the Environmental, Health and Safety Management Framework. Earlier in her career she worked in Human Resources in a local government setting.

Jane has a Master of Science, Management from Southern Nazarene University and is certified in the following:  Myers-Briggs – Levels I and II; Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR); Targeted Selection (behavior-based) Interviewing; Lominger Leadership Architect; PMI Project Management; Low Elements Ropes Course Facilitator.

Christy Tanusaputra

MA, LPC, Mental Health Consultant

Christy joined Career Development Partners in 2022 as a consultant focusing strategically on the area of Mental Health. As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oklahoma and previously Licensed Addictions Counselor in Colorado, Christy brings a breadth and depth of mental health diagnosis and treatment. Her specialty over the past 10 years is cognitive behavioral therapy in anxiety, depression, burnout, and insomnia. Christy has a wide range of experience of working with clientele from a diverse socio and economic background. She began her career as a therapist at a Intervention Community Corrections Services where she worked individuals and groups with assessments, substance abuse evaluations, crisis interventions, and safety planning. She continued her career as a therapist at one of the largest private non profits in Denver, providing treatment and crisis services to over 70,000 children, families, and adults. Before moving back to her hometown in OK, Christy served as a Director of Client Services at a teen crisis center in providing training on all lay counseling volunteers. In her last role, she took up the responsibility of becoming an oil and gas human resources manager, her toughest job yet. In addition to her work in private practice, with the drastic changes over the past 2 years, Christy sees a tremendous need and passion for serving professionals and organizations in incorporating mental health treatment and policies.

Christy is a proud graduate of Oklahoma State University and has her Master’s in Clinical Mental from Denver Seminary. She has also been married for 10 years and has one child and a hyperactive goldendoodle.

Dr. Bill Young

Practice Leader, Leadership Development & Career Consulting

Dr. Bill Young founded Career Development Partners (then called Career Development Services) in 1988.  He is widely regarded as an expert in succession planning, coaching and leadership development.

Bill has received many awards for excellence in human resources. When Travis Jones purchased Career Development Partners, Bill re-joined the team to lead the leadership development practice.  He is involved in ongoing executive coaching and succession planning for clients of Career Development Partners.

Bill received his doctorate in counseling psychology and is a Licensed Professional Counselor.  He is certified in the New Horizons Retirement Coaching, Myers Briggs Type Indicator and by the Center for Creative Leadership in all their 360 multi-rater products.

Dr. Bill is a proud recipient of the Tulsa Area Human Resources Association’s Excellence Award as well as the Oklahoma Excellence in Human Resources Management Award presented by the Oklahoma State Council for Human Resources Management.

For over twenty years Mike has been bringing positive change to corporate leaders in the area of hiring, training, and developing people. He says, “You can boil any business down to three basic strategies: Products, Profits and People. Out of these, the people strategy is the most important. If you don’t hire the right people, none of the other strategies will work.”

Trent has 30 years of mechanical experience. He started off working in the automotive field then transitioned to packaging manufactures. The last 10 years of his technician career was as a traveling Field Service Engineer. His assignments took him throughout North America and Europe. Road warrior definitely was part of his job description. He has worked in the primary and secondary packaging, blister forming, sealing, and filling industries.

Having been “in the field” Trent focuses primarily on the recruitment and placement of technical personnel in the automated equipment business, i.e., packaging equipment, conveying/ sortation systems, and industrial robotics.

He married Sheila, the actual girl next door, 40 years ago. Together they traveled the world during his time in the United States Air Force. Trent is an avid backcountry hiker. On his bucket list is completing a through hike of the Pacific Crest Trail and the North Country Trail.

John Long is a multi-million-dollar biller and has over 40 years in Engineering and Technology recruitment. This includes both direct hire and contract placement of business professionals on a nationwide basis. He has trained and mentored junior level recruiters as a recruiting and division manager for large national staffing organizations.

John’s practice focuses on the automated equipment industry including packaging equipment, industrial robotics and conveyor systems. John believes in strong long-lasting relationships with his candidates and clients and works hard to bring them together for a mutually beneficial outcome.

He resides in the New Orleans area and is an active member and volunteer of his community’s business council and art association.

Mark Johnson

Mark Johnson has been recruiting across various industries and job types since he graduated college in 2005. Having sourced candidates for everything from entry-level manufacturing to PhD scientists, he utilizes a variety of methods to find the right people while striving to treat them as human beings at every phase of the process through responsiveness, professionalism, and a personal touch.

In addition to his staffing skills, Mark is an experienced interview coach, resume writer, and career consultant. Outside the HR realm, Mark is experienced in business development, proposal writing, program management, and ISO 9001 quality management.

Mark holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (HR Management) from NSU and has been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM) since 2010. He resides in Tulsa with his wife, Kathryn, and their three young children–and a growing menagerie of pets. He enjoys French-pressing locally roasted coffee, going on long runs outdoors (usually while pushing a stroller), and reading good books.

His specialty is whatever the client requires. Middle to senior level positions for clients, whether those positions are in engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, marketing, R&D, sales, or a “C” level leader.

Jeff has a mechanical engineering degree and is a result-oriented servant leader with many years of real-world experience in design, product development, program management, manufacturing, engineering, production support, team building, mentoring, and leadership.

Jeff is an avid golfer and a former USPTA teaching professional. He and his wife Candice own a consulting business and live in the country just outside Sperry, OK.  They enjoy gardening, cooking, traveling, camping, and family time.  They have three grown daughters, several grandchildren, and two little dogs.
