Career Partners International Achieves Latest Privacy Shield Certification

Career Partners International (CPI), one of the largest career services consultancies in the world, was granted certification on September 27, 2016 of the new EU-US Privacy Shield by the U.S. Department of Commerce. The organization is proud to be the first Career Services company to certify with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework.

The EU-US Privacy Shield Framework is a bilateral agreement to produce guidelines and structure for the flow of information through companies in the US and European Union. The Privacy Shield Framework was preceded by the Safe Harbor Framework and is a result of stricter data protection requirements recently employed by the EU. Career Partners International continues to be certified under the U.S.-Swiss Safe Harbor Framework as well.
