Steve Ludlam is a Senior Recruiting Executive working with top candidates across multiple job functions / categories in the healthcare, financial, environmental services and food & Beverage industries. He successfully and consistently provides desired results via strong skills / expertise in sourcing, interviewing & recommending key clinical and non-clinical professionals. His experience includes 16 years of physician / staff recruitment, hospital and physician practice leadership, healthcare consulting and international healthcare recruitment roles plus 16 years of experience in automated technology sales and services. Having been in healthcare management roles, he knows what healthcare leadership and clinician candidates’ face in today’s changing service delivery environments and what they seek to satisfy patient care service needs. He truly enjoys the head hunting process, filling new positions in corporate, financial, environmental, food & beverage, hospital or clinic settings, digging into a search, identifying great candidates and counseling / assisting the client, the candidate and the candidate’s families to obtain an exciting job in a community they can thrive in. Creative and resourceful, he is an articulate & effective presenter, negotiator and coalition builder who develops synergy and rapport with persons of all levels and backgrounds. Steve is a University of Alabama and Boston University graduate in Healthcare Administration. He and his wife, Carolyn, have a son & his family in Nashville, TN and a daughter in Birmingham, Al.
